What does a basic service call cost?

A basic service call and estimate is $79.95. After the initial appointment, diagnosis and estimate, work is billed from the service manual blue book plus tax.

I have a busy schedule. Can I schedule an appointment that is convenient?

We do try everything we can to schedule appointments around schedules and work with you to find the best time for both parties. Service hours are typically 8am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday to allow enough flexibility for appointments and busy schedules. Lenny is happy to give you several options that can work for you around his other appointments.

Can I order parts to install myself?

Of course. Just give us a call and we can order parts for many brands and models of major home appliances.

How long does it take to get the parts for my repair? / How long does it take to get parts I ordered to install myself?

Many parts only take a few days to order and deliver/install. Occasionally it may take around 2 weeks to get harder to find parts, or items that may not be in-stock at the distributor. If you order parts to install yourself shipping charges apply and UPS/FedEx/USPS delivery takes 2-7 additional days to arrive at your door.
